Bring your whole team into the studio at a pre-booked time that works for everyone. We’ll photograph each person individually using a consistent lighting and background setup, so the entire team looks cohesive across your website, LinkedIn, and internal platforms.
Bonus: It’s also a solid team-building exercise with less eye-rolling than trust falls.
On an individual basis
If getting everyone together at once feels impossible, no problem. Team members can book individual studio sessions at times that suit them. We’ll keep the same setup so every image matches the overall look and feel.
Mobile studio
Want to make it even easier? We’ll bring the full studio setup to your office and create polished headshots on-site. Same lighting, same quality—less disruption.
Fees
Every job is a bit different, but here’s a ballpark:
For group sessions of 10 or more people at the Profile studio, the rate starts at $140 + GST per person (compared to the usual $150). The shoot is typically scheduled over a half day.
Mobile studio sessions will include an additional travel/setup fee.
The more people you book, the more you save. For every 10 team members photographed, we offer volume discounts on the per-person rate
