On an individual basis
If getting everyone together at once feels impossible, no problem. Team members can book individual studio sessions at times that suit them. We'll keep the same setup so every image matches the overall look and feel.
Mobile studio
Want to make it even easier? We’ll bring the full studio setup to your office and create polished headshots on-site. Same lighting, same quality—less disruption.
Fees
Every job is a little different, but here's a ballpark.
Individual corporate headshots are $175 plus GST per person. For teams of 10 or more, the rate starts at $155 plus GST per person, typically run over a half day. The larger the team, the lower the per-person rate, so groups of 20 or 30-plus are quoted at a better rate again.
Your team doesn't all have to be photographed on the same day. We can split a booking across multiple sessions to suit people's schedules. The team rate applies to the total number of people you commit to up front, booked as one job, so you get the volume rate whether it's done in one sitting or three.
Mobile studio sessions are charged at the same per-person rates, plus a travel and setup fee based on your location.
